Shipping within Australia

We ship all Card Guard orders Australia-wide. Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your guards arrive in perfect condition.

• Standard tracked shipping — $11 flat rate — 3–7 business days
• Express shipping — $15 flat rate — for when you need it fast
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel through Australia Post or the relevant courier's tracking portal.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your Card Guard purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you
• Change of mind returns — return postage is at the customer's expense

How to start a return

Simply get in touch via our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

International shipping

At this stage Card Guard ships within Australia only. We're working on expanding internationally — stay tuned!
