Shipping within Australia

We ship all Card Guard orders Australia-wide. Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your guards arrive in perfect condition.

  • Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $75
  • Standard tracked shipping — $9.95 — 3–7 business days
  • Express shipping — $14.95 — for when you need it fast
  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received

Free shipping applies automatically at checkout once your cart reaches $75 — there's no code to enter. Express delivery remains available as a $14.95 upgrade on any order.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel through Australia Post or the relevant courier's tracking portal.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your Card Guard purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you
  • Change of mind returns — return postage is at the customer's expense

International shipping

Yes — we ship worldwide. International orders go with Australia Post International Standard, which is fully tracked and typically takes 5–10 business days once dispatched. Your exact postage is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the weight of your parcel, so you'll see the price before you pay. The $75 free shipping threshold applies to Australian addresses only.
